What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, and — if you want it delivered — your address and pincode. Email is optional and we only ask for it so we can send a receipt.

We do not collect card or bank details on this website, because we do not take payment on it.

Why we have it

To call you about your order, to pack the right thing, and to deliver it. That is all. We use your number to reach you about the order you placed, not to send you offers you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Nobody. We do not sell, rent or share customer details with anyone. If we ever use a courier for a delivery outside our own area, that courier is given only the name, address and phone number needed to deliver the parcel.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept because we need them for our accounts and for warranty or return questions later. If you want your details removed from our system, call us and ask — we will do it, keeping only what the tax rules require us to keep.

This website

Your basket is stored in your own browser and never reaches us until you place the order. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
