Placing an order

An order placed here is a request, not a completed sale. We confirm stock and timing by phone before anything is packed or charged. Until we confirm it, no contract exists and you owe us nothing.

We may decline an order if the item has sold out, if the price shown was wrong, or if we cannot reach you on the number given.

Prices

All prices on this site are in Indian rupees and include GST. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay, even if it changes afterwards.

Where a price is shown struck through, that is the manufacturer’s maximum retail price printed on the pack.

Paying

We do not take payment online. You pay at the counter when you collect, or to the person who delivers. Cash, UPI and cards are all accepted.

Products

We sell sealed products sourced from authorised distributors. Where a brand provides a scratch-and-verify code, it is on the pack and we encourage you to check it before leaving the store.

Food supplements are not medicines and are not a substitute for a varied diet. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or taking prescribed medication, speak to a doctor before using any supplement.
